There are 6 or seven spots here to camp/park. It has trash cans that must be kept up by the forest service. Fire rings/areas (bring your own firewood, there’s not much out there).

There are neat rapids on the Amicalola River called “Edge of the World” that you can take a family out to and play in the river for a day. The Rapids are very easy to get to, they are between mile markers 2 and 3 on GA-53.

The road is a big loop so you can drive in/out with most anything, but I wouldn’t take anything bus sized down there. The RV down there was about 24ish feet long.
