This tiny park is central to Southern New Mexico and close to White Sands National Park, the Sacramento Mountains, Caballo Reservoir, Indian ruins, the new space port, Truth or Consequences and more. The park itself is definitely not a destination. The majority of the park is filled with long-term residents. A separate area in the front is for over nighters. The laundry room is spacious and clean. There are no restrooms or showers. Internet is strong, but local TV channels are non-existent. Each site has a covered ramada with picnic table.
