Winfield Fairgrounds (go west on HWY 160 about 1/2 mile) Home of a Music Festival. Mid Sept. Don’t try to overnight then. In April of 09, Prices were $8 – water and Electric. Dump station in Southeast of fairgrounds is included. $3 no hook ups.
City park with 15 amp outlets. I’m not certain it is Davis Park–but it is the City park.

Leroy in town campground. No water and only 110 electric. I think there are only 4 electric hookups. Lots of parking room for several rigs. Dumping and water at major gas stations off I-35 exit.

Small Lake south of Madison with camping all around the lake. Covered pavilions on north and south sides of the lake, 110 electric on the north side of the lake. Residents enjoy free camping, and $4 per night for electric. Non residents Pay $2 per night without electric, and $6 with electric.
Restroom facilities are clean, grounds are level and if you park away from the road towards the restrooms it is very quiet as the speed limit is reduced here.

This is what we call a score! This is a free, well laid out, awesomely beautiful and scenic campground. Fantastic sunset views!! Each spot has plenty of space and direct waterfront access for swimming in the lake.
