I’m attempting to plan a trip to the Boone area to see Mother Meera in May. It has been frustratingly hard to find online information. For example, the website linked for more information here does not load. Is there another website url with more information on the Boone Fork website? I see a phone number and will call but might not need to if I had more online info. Thanks for at least letting me know this was a potential.
Hi Neva,
Thanks for letting me know that the link was outdated. I have updated it with a current one.
It appears that the campground is currently closed. It is always closed at this time of year but there is concern that they will not open it in May due to budget cuts.
Is there a specific bit of info that you are looking for? Other than calling the phone number listed above and visiting the website, you can find out more information by emailing the Managing body directly. They have a contact form at http://www.fs.usda.gov/contact...../contactus
If you do visit the location, please consider coming back and writing a review. It will help others decide if this is a campground that they would like to visit.
