We stayed here after leaving Columbia. Used mainly as a hunting camp during hunting season.
Highlights:
This year-round camping facility on the Enoree Ranger District provides an opportunity for many recreational activities such as wildlife and plant observation, hiking, and photography. Abundant wildlife populations provide some of the most desirable hunting areas in the upstate. Eight campsites have been designated for extended stay use during hunting seasons.

Buncombe Horse Trail, Sumter National Forest. Enoree Off-highway Vehicle Trail, Sumter National Forest
Directions:From I-26, take exit 60 (SC 66) south west for 3.5 miles. Turn right onto FS Road 358 and drive 0.3 mile.
From Whitmire take SC Route 66 south-west for 6.2 miles to Forest Service Road 358; turn left (south) and drive for 0.3 mile.
