we are a semi-retires couple with a 2 year old poodle. we would like to play and camp for a 2-3 week period. what are your rv accomaditions? please get back with me please. thanks paul
nice big parking lot. if you drive right to the back you should see several rv’s parked out there, but it’s very easy to find enough space away for yourself. the parking lot is huge, and besides rv’s pretty much empty in the back.
i found it very quiet and peaceful, if you’re staying in the tucson area for a few days and want something hassle free, it’s worth checking out.
Stayed there for three nights in January 2012. Excellent, many RV’s. Hotel has opened with pool and spa. Very safe and very comfortable. Apparently they do occasionally ask rvs to leave when there is an event at the arena so worth checking out
Used this great spot for an easy overnight in March 2012; easy access off the highway, approximately 5 miles from interstate, & FREE camping. LARGE area to park, quiet, nice walking trail on dirt paths to the south to take advantage of! A couple of big trucks pulled in later, but hey, gotta share with everyone! Lots of folks had their chairs & tables set up in the lot, looked like home!
