Winfield Fairgrounds (go west on HWY 160 about 1/2 mile) Home of a Music Festival. Mid Sept. Don’t try to overnight then. In April of 09, Prices were $8 – water and Electric. Dump station in Southeast of fairgrounds is included. $3 no hook ups.

    Please remove the website and email address that are posted for the Cowley County Fairgrounds. We are not in any way associated with the Fairgrounds themselves but rather only an events that uses the Fairgrounds. Thank you
