It is free, however the new owners are planning on doing some upgrades so 'free' for how long, who knows? But for now, the people are very helpful, pleasant, accomodating and will do most anything to make your stay a nice one. There is plenty of shade, the grounds are clean, I just can't say enough good about the place (there is some noise from the freeway, oh well)! Check it out it is definately worth the time. We will be back even when the updates are done and they will have to charge. Easy access and plenty of room - we are 40' plus we tow a vehicle. July 3, 2011
