im a first time camper but my friends have been camping everywhere, where is the best place to truly camp…not just some parking spot next to a family and kids but a true primitive campground or site where i can build a small fire in peace, hike and camp all in one.
A wonderful campground next to a stocked trout stream. If you are into spear fishing….this campground is highly recommend.
Bear warning…….they are everywhere especially along the stream at night (fishing for trout). Please please please do not let your kids or pets out of sight. They are very stealth and wait patiently for a golden opportunity.
The campground hosts are very very nice people. They have a camper at the entrance to the campground by the road. They are not very aware of the bear situation at night in the back of the campground by the river. FYI
