Just a sugestion but since this site is supposed to be about boondocking how about another tab in the top menu for 'boodocking tips'.  A lot of good ideas can come from those that do it all the time like Dumbolbob.  Have a separate section with user supplied tips on water and electricity conservation, how to deal with wastewater management, garbage management while dry camped in a spot for an extended period of time.  How to set up a solar array for keeping those batteries charged.  Water filtration when a source of fresh water other than a nearby stream is not available, etc, etc, etc.

Ultimately for us we love to boondock when we can but it has also become sort of a quest for us to stay longer and longer before we have to pack up and leave (usually the job gets in the way of longer stays).

You have a great opportunity here in this site, in that, your visitors supply the content all you have to do is format it and present it.  Google adsense in an area like this with links to solar sites, water filtration, batteiries, etc could eventually earn enough to keep the site self sufficient too.
