I subscribe to your RSS feed, which is handy to be informed of new campground listings. However, it would be really useful if the state/province was shown somewhere (either in the title or subject). Currently, I can't tell where in the world many of the places are, without clicking on each one individually, and viewing its web page. Is this doable? Thanks!

I answered Bob by Private Message, then realized that this information may be useful to other readers who haven't discovered RSS technology yet.
Just click on the word "RSS" at the VERY bottom of the page, on the line above the copyright notice. You'll need to have an RSS reader; some web browsers (e.g. Opera, which I use) have this included).
With RSS, your computer will check every 30 minutes (or how often you configure it), and let you know when there are new campsite listings. If you subscribe to other RSS feeds (e.g. newspaper headlines), you'll get all this information in one place!
There's also a "Topic RSS" link below the forum posts, which will let you know about updates to that particular forum.

I made some formatting changes a few weeks ago. You can see the city and state now. There are other changes as well. You can only see the changes if you are viewing the RSS2 feed.
cheers,

RSS2 feed? I currently use the RSS feed found at the bottom of most pages. For the past 8 days I have not seen any new campsites and am wondering if this is still being done? Am I using the wrong feed? Where is the RSS@ feed?
Thanks, Frank

Hi Frank,
A few weeks ago, we discontinued RSS feeds for new campsite listings. We did this after observing usage of RSS versus the other formats for 30 days.
We're currently developing a couple of new features that we hope people will find even more useful than RSS. Unfortunately, we have limited development time and supporting new formats means less support to go around.
As such, we made a decision to discontinue support for RSS feeds for campsite listings. I believe most of you will like the new things we've been working on. We will continue to use the RSS feed for blog postings. Hopefully, the next thing in your feed reader is pleasing to you!
