Free BLM Boondocking. Dry camping AKA: no facilities! Lots of primitive camping areas in a maze of roads. Some campsites have stone campfire rings. While area is OK for big rigs, look before you leap. The further in you go, the higher the clearance required. Not the best place if there has been or it is forecast to rain.

Cemeteries nearby.

Directions:
From Congress, at SR89 and SR71 go SW on SR-71 and turn R on Ghost Town Rd drive about 2miles. Turn R on dirt local rd into camping area.

One Comment about “Ghost Town Rd BLM”

  1. Local people use this area as a dump. Roads are pretty bad so you need a high axil truck. I wouldn’t camp here.
