15 Sites, each with a covered picnic table and a BBQ grill. The sites are suitable for tents or RVs less than 28 feet. Governors Landing is the only NPS campground with potable water available. No hookups.
$8.00 per night per site.
Senior Pass & Golden Access holders are entitled to a 50% discount.
Campsites are first-come, first-served, no reservations.
Amistad National Recreation Area does not charge an entrance fee. Fees are charged for the following: a Lake Use Permit for most boats, camping fees, and hunting permit fees. See below for more details.

Other campsites within this park are more spacious and only $4 per night. The only difference is that you have to get water from the ranger station or Governors Landing. Check at the ranger station, they were friendly and informative.
