There are no none electric sites at this park. All sites are 5amp and $20/night.
Free camping at a COE park. No entrance fees. Website states that there are 35 sites. I do not know how many are RV friendly. Pit toilets, BBQ grills, fire rings. My COE book says that there is drinking water, but I wouldn’t count on it. We have found a couple sites on this lake where it said there was and there wasn’t. We haven’t been to this park but so far, the parks on Lake Whitney are the best free COE parks we have ever been to.
Swimming, fishing, boating, and skiing in Lake Whitney.
Pets are welcome if they are leashed.

Kimball Bend Park is located on the north end of the lake off of State Highway 174.

Update: They do have running water, bathrooms and electric for tent camping.
