North access road. There are several fairly level parking spots along the road that provide a nice view of the dam and river, and are far enough above the tracks to be fairly quiet. There is little traffic on the road, particularly at night. Good for self-contained RV boondocking. Take I-82 exit 131 and go east about half a mile.
