Plenty of room for many of all sizes. If you come down to the river bank, watch your trajectory. I heard a few rigs scrap their back ends. You don’t have to come down. There is an asphalt parking lot up top.

Very convenient to Palmer.

We stayed here for a week. We were never bothered. A few others stayed a week or more, too. It was not, however, a “homeless camp”.

If you stay here, be sure to visit the Upick (http://www.pppfarm.net) in Butte for all of your produce needs. I sure wish we had found them earlier. They sell for 1/2 of what the grocery stores do, and they have just about everything.. veggie wise.

We stayed here on and near 07/22/2009 Internet and cell worked, but sloooow.
