lol A little noisy! The train came by like 3 times during the night blasting the horn the whole way! If you can handle being woken up like that its not bad for a free spot, the river runs around the site & its easy to take a quick kayak run. And don’t be fooled like i was thinking i could take a free dip in the hot springs like people have been doing for years because all that’s owned by the greedy hotel that runs the place and charges to swim in “their” pools. Oh, the toilets are like sewers, I’d rather go outside; the dumpster was overflowing and stinky.
I would like to know what the season is for Pioneer Park – Hot Sulphur Springs, Colorado also if it’s still free.
Thanks
Steve
As far as I can tell, this campsite is still free and open year round. Specific questions about this location should be directed to http://wildlife.state.co.us/Ab.....skdow.aspx
