From I-80 take exit for Aurora. Go north on SR-34 to SR-14. Turn left at light go about a block. Park on right. There is a sign and a box to leave donations. Definitely worth a donation. Some train noise, but have heard worse. Nice small campground with lots of big shade trees.

We tent camped here for one night in July 2010. It was infested with mosquitoes as the sites were right next to 2 still canals. We couldn’t even go outside and spent most of the time in our tent. Also, there is train track close by, and a train runs about once an hour. It kept us up most of the night. We woke up at the crack of dawn, broke down camp and high tailed it out of there! Probably would be best for RVs, not really a tent camp. Would be ok if you are just looking for somewhere to park and rest for the night.
