There are 20 RV spaces that can fit any sized rig. Every space has full hookups(water/electric/sewer). However, there are only 50 amp connections with no regular 110 type outlet on the box. So, if you require 30 amp, as did we, make sure that you have a “dogbone” type adapter to fit a 50 amp connection onto your 30 amp rig. We had no such adapter and a very kind gentleman that works there at SunCoast and lives on site in a travel trailer let us borrow one. This is a very pleasant, quiet, safe place to park overnight or spend the day. Adjacent to SunCoast RV dealership in Calera, Alabama. Free of charge. Propane is no longer sold at .99 per gallon It is $3.99. The location is accurate–but water connections are in a box in the ground. Sewer is as usual. They can not accept Canadian Credit cards nor debit cards.

This listing is incorrect. Suncoast RV provides overnight RV parking only for RVers who have a service appointment the following day. Overnight RV accommodations are not available otherwise. This was reported to the http://www.OvernightRVParking.com website in February 2009 and confirmed by telephone with the RV dealership in March 2009.
