We stayed here in early May 2021. Very quiet. Saw a mountain lion along the railroad tracks.

Nice campground!

We stayed here October 2020. Absolutely love the park! It's very clean and well kept. There is a vast area for tent camping. I think there are 8 pull-thru RV sites w/full hookups. We enjoyed the location and the view of the small lake/pond. It's a nice, quiet setting. Definitely will stay here again!

Stayed here in a 37 foot-long Class A + a Toad (RV).

Stayed here on May 14, 2019 Beautiful place to camp. Was pretty busy with locals having picnics and fishing when I arrived. Then everyone cleared out and it was just me. I called the info # on the sign and was told since I was dry camping to just find a spot and camp. I questioned that response and the lady said yep anywhere in the park, Except the full hook up sites. The police patrol pretty regular and it was very quiet, just a few cruisers go thru at night. I would make sure to note direction of wind next time as the road is pretty dusty and the cars do create a cloud sometimes. If you look around pavilions there are electrical outlets to be able to charge your phone if needed and the pavilions do have lights if you want to turn them on. A few of the locals stopped to check out the camper as they usually do at small towns. They were very polite folks and were very welcoming.

Stayed here with a motorcycle and a tent. LemonsTravels would stay here again.

We stayed in one of the full hookup sites for $20 a night. Got there late evening in Sept on a Saturday and there was one other RV and the Girl Scouts were having a camp out. They were very well behaved and quiet. It was a very nice clean place and it had a nice little lake/pond. The police drove through keeping an eye on things. I will definitely will stay there again next year on my way back from Colorado.

Stayed here in a 25 foot-long Trailer (RV). Frank would stay here again.

Nice little park off the highway, near a small lake. Very well kept.

A true diamond in the rough, next to a small wild life lake, has a information area next to the parking lot. Fishing is allowed with license. Very enjoyable stay for the 2 days we stayed to relax and walk our 2 little dogs. All the lots are pull through with complete hookups and level gravel lots. Very quite and a nice atmosphere to just relax and rest before moving on. The cost was $20.00 per night for full hookup. Had no problems, and police patrol it all the time to make sure everyone is enjoying their stay. Would definitely stop there again.

Dale K. McMahan would stay here again.

Wonderful spot to stop for the night. Plenty of room to pitch a tent, hammock, or just sleep in your car. No charge for those activities. RV Spots (with electricity) are available on a first come, first serve basis for a fee.

Both large pavilions had electricity, which is where I hung my hammock.

The restroom / shower facility was very nice, with hot water in the shower. (I'm sure they close it in the winter, but very nice for summer camping).

Would definitely recommend this Park if you're ever traveling through northern Kansas.

A quiet, safe park with lots of space to sleep, while listening to the frogs making their music all around the pond.

Free. Maybe I got lucky, I don't know. I went into the park, and found a nice place to set up right by the lake. I had electric from the pavilion, and showers were very close by. Police came around to check things out after the gate was closed, but no one said boo to me. I meet very nice people nearby and would go back in a heart beat.

I grew up on the Rocky Pond 63 years ago. I really like how the people of Belleville have improved as well as saved the lake for the present and future generations to enjoy.

Primitive camping (pitch a tent or sleep in your car) is free at Rocky Pond. RV slots are available for a small fee. In the Summer, there are restrooms and cold showers available. In the Winter, camping is permitted but the restrooms and showers are closed.

Thanksgiving thru New Years, you can enjoy the Christmas lights display throughout the park. Admission to Christmas display is free. Donations appreciated.

Fishing and row/paddle boating is permitted. Maybe trolling motor, too.
