Due to vandalisim in this area all the campgrounds located in the Tahuya State Forest now require a combination for the numerous locks located on the gates to get in. Very rarely are any of the formal campgrounds open. There are places to pull out and dry camp but they are staging areas for the ATVrs and motorcyclers that come here and it can be quite noise. We have also found that camp Spillman is usually very very trashed with the interior roads rough and ripped up by the off-roaders and garbage all over the place. We would not recomend it as a good place to camp.
Went here with friends and loved the trails!!! kinda hard to find your way back but the bikers are friendly and showed us the way back to camp
I WOULD recommend this camp ground for everyone who loves nature! its very quite besides the dirt bikes and quads. but there not that bad
im going back next weekend
